Why
do I get an error message when I try to submit my consult?

How
does the ordering process work?
If ordering prescription medication the order process
begins by agreeing to the waiver of liability. When you click
on the Waiver of Libilaty's "Yes I Agree" button you are taken
to our secure encrypted server to fill out the online medical
consultation form. The medical consultation form is a detailed
questionnaire about your medical history. Based on the answers
you provide to the questions on this form the doctor that
receives this will make a determination of whether to prescribe
the medicine you are requesting. After selecting your order
amount you will then be asked for your shipping address, payment
method, and shipping method. Note: Orders at this time are
only shipped to the billing address. After you submit this
information you will then be provided with an order summary
for you to review before final submission. The summary will
have your billing, shipping information, and total costs calculated.
From here is the last step where you are given the option
to cancel the order or submit it. Once you have submitted
the order you will receive an e-mail response when your doctor
has approved prescription. If you do not receive this email
then this means the doctor did not approve your prescription
because the answers on the consult that you provided indicated
that you should not take the medication in question. After
you receive the email telling you the doctor has approved
your prescription you will then receive an email telling you
that your credit card was denied or that it was shipped.
What
are your shipping rates and policies?

delivery and that your order is not shipped until the doctor
has approved your prescription. Orders placed after 3pm Pacific
Time (PT) on Monday thru Thursday do not begin processing
until the following day. Orders placed after 3pm (PT) on Friday
do not begin processing until Monday 9am (PT). During these
processing times your doctor will approve or disapprove your
prescription within 24 hours. Once approved your order is
sent to shipping where they will attempt to charge your credit
card. Once credit has been approved your order is shipped
out that day. If approved after hours it is shipped the next
day. Total Turn Around Time to your Door Within the Continetal
USA a person ordering overnight shipping typically receives
their medication within 2-3 days depending on when the order
was placed. And with standard shipping they usually receive
the medication within 3-5 days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Alaska: Express delivery is guaranteed to Anchorage and Fairbanks
only; for other destinations, overnight service takes one
or more extra days. Hawaii: Express delivery is guaranteed
to Oahu only. Standard shipping is available to all the islands.
Are
online credit card transactions safe?
We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100%
safe. If you are unable to use a secure server connection
while using this site, you may choose to give us your credit
card number by phone rather than via the World Wide Web. To
do this, submit your order using a standard connection and
fill in only the last 5 digits of your credit card number.
This gives us a way to track your order but guarantees your
security. Once you have fully submitted your order, you will
be provided with a phone number so that you may provide us
with the rest of your credit card number. The credit card
information will then be added to our records, and you will
not have to call again when you make subsequent orders on
this card. To provide you with an additional layer of security,
all credit card numbers are stored on a computer that is not
connected to the Internet. When you type or call in your credit
card information, the complete credit card number is transferred
to this secure computer across a proprietary, one-way interface.
This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the
number is not stored anywhere else.

When
are credit cards charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged after the doctor has approved
your prescription and the order has been filled.
How
do I return something?
If an over-the-counter product is damaged in shipment or an
incorrect item is shipped, we will issue you a full refund
or immediately send a replacement product. It is important
to contact us at customerservice@4propeciaprescriptions.com
as you may not need to return your item. In your e-mail, please
reference your order number and the reason for return. Reasons
for Return: Damage Incorrect item shipped Dissatisfaction
(please explain) Other (please explain) A customer care specialist
will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and
(if necessary) shipment instructions for returning the item.
By law we cannot accept returned prescription products for
resale or reuse. If your prescription order arrives damaged
due to shipping or if you have questions about your order,
